Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities within the production plant. This includes ensuring machinery and equipment operate efficiently with minimal downtime, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and supporting continuous production operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a focus on safety and productivity. Plan, organize, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all production equipment and utility systems. Ensure smooth functioning of machines, utilities (DG, compressors, chillers, boilers, HVAC, STP/WTP), and plant infrastructure. Lead and supervise a team of maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Minimize machine breakdowns and production interruptions through effective maintenance strategies. Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities without affecting output. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment history, and spare parts inventory. Implement predictive maintenance techniques to improve equipment performance. Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations (OSHA / ISO / local norms). Identify and execute improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs. Manage maintenance budgets, vendor coordination, and procurement of spare parts.
