Role & responsibilities

Manage and driving of Plant maint activity to achieve management/department

1. Develop PM Plan and review its monthly basis for adherence 2 Monitor power consumption regularly and analyze it and take action to control it within limit 3. Prepare contingency plan in case of major breakdown

Manage spares for machinery to control spare cost and reduced breakdown

Analyse root cause for major breakdown

1. Review daily basis root cause breakdown analysis

2. Make action plan to control it and add extra check points in PM Check sheet.

Manage team to get Job done as per requirement with minimum utilization of manpower

1.Review manpower skill and arrange to provide training as per requirement. 2.Resuffling of manpower in case of short coming of manpower 3. Prepare contingency plan for manpower
