Maintenance Manager

We require the following position in our Restaurants/Plant Maintenance Manager Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Job Summary 1. Responsible of all maintenance related documentation & communication 2. Ability to independently perform small assignments with instruction only regarding general expected results. 3. Coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team 4. Ensure all maintenance operations comply with company standards and safety regulations. 5. Prepare and present reports on maintenance progress and challenges 6. Maintaining training documents and scheduling trainings 7. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve 8. track and monitor the overall equipment efficiency and do changes in the maintenance schedule according to requirements 9. Address issues, problems and questions on a day-to-day basis. 10. Check first (attempt) pass yield of the maintenance works output & highlighting the missed 11. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements 12. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules 13. Prepare & monitor the reports on performance and progress. 14. Recognize and solve problems affecting production including schedules, staff, waste, and quality 15. Tracking movement for the spares for maintenance Key requirements · Good understanding of basic electrical and mechanical principles · Good communication skills · Preferably experienced in electrical, stock maintenance, daily work schedule planning etc. Knowledge on A/c problems and installations · Excellent visualization and problem-solving skills · Working knowledge of computer systems (Ms. Office) · Responsible for preventive maintenance schedule & related follow ups. Please note that this is a field job and will be required to travel different locations.
