The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all crane operations, while leading a team of technicians and coordinating with regional teams for timely maintenance schedules. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage crane maintenance teams across Pan India. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all cranes. Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational regulations. Plan and execute repair work and replacements as required. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for spare parts and equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff for skill development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in crane maintenance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of crane operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Ability to manage teams across different locations. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
