Job Description

Role Objective:

Ensure seamless maintenance and operational efficiency across all EBO outlets. Responsible for overseeing store assets—electrical, fixed assets, HVAC units, broadband connections, etc.—by managing preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor processes, utilities, and lease/rental controls, while strengthening relationships with vendors and mall management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee installation, upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical, electronic, HVAC, fixed assets (furniture, fixtures, POS), broadband, and fire/safety systems across multiple outlets.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor periodic preventive maintenance schedules—especially for HVAC, fire safety, and store assets—to minimize breakdowns and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Routinely travel to EBO locations for audits, vendor coordination, and rapid issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and documentation for compliance, warranty, and audit requirements.
  • Track, control, and report maintenance budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage the complete vendor lifecycle—from identification and registration, PO creation, oversight of work completion, to bill processing and payments.
  • Coordinate and negotiate service contracts with external vendors (equipment service, broadband, facility management); oversee vendor performance.
  • Liaise with mall management for permits, facility access, and escalation of issues.
  • Use MS Office to maintain maintenance trackers, logs, and schedules; proficient in email, digital approvals, and automation tools for maintenance management.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in vendor management and negotiation, including the full vendor lifecycle (registration, PO, bill processing).
  • Experience coordinating with mall administration and third-party service providers.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently and manage multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email systems, and maintenance automation/management platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 

    4+ years’ experience

     in retail or multi-site facility maintenance.
  • Diploma or Graduate degree in electrical, mechanical, or facilities management.
  • Certifications in safety, HVAC, or asset management preferred.
