Electrical Maintenance Manager

to oversee the electrical operations and maintenance of a CNC/VMC-based machine shop.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all electrical maintenance activities for CNC/VMC machines and shop floor equipment
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in machinery and control systems
Manage electrical safety standards and ensure compliance with industry norms
Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and equipment documentation
Lead a team of electricians and technicians to ensure efficient operations
Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth workflow

Requirements

Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering
10 to 15 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance in CNC/VMC-based machine shop or manufacturing industry
Expertise in electrical systems, drives, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
