Maintenance Manager

Role Overview: Join ZF as a Maintenance Manager and be a part of shaping the future of mobility. As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing CNC machines and accessories to ensure maximum uptime through condition-based and preventive maintenance. You will also supervise maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure efficient task execution and uphold a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards. Your role will involve interaction with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Purchases, and SQA, as well as external contacts including Suppliers, customers, subcontractors, auditors, research institutes, and universities. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and repair CNC machines and accessories to ensure maximum uptime through condition-based and preventive maintenance and root cause analysis. - Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors for efficient task execution. - Uphold a safe, accident-free work environment by enforcing safety standards. - Monitor machine availability metrics such as MTTR, MTBR, Availability, and QMS Audit. - Collaborate with internal departments and external contacts to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Required: - Education & Qualifications: Diploma / bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical. - Years of relevant experience: 8 to 10 Years of Experience. - Functional/Technical competencies: - General Knowledge in CNC machine and functions. - Knowledge on controls used (Siemens, Fanuc). - Problem-solving ability to reduce machine downtime. - Knowledge on using problem-solving tools. - Knowledge on Hydraulic, Hydrostatic, and Pneumatics. - Knowledge on software like Simatic manager, Scada, LabVIEW, etc. - Knowledge on Seals and O rings. - Knowledge on Oils.
