We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Associates to join our team at [Multiplex Name]. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through prompt service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth F&B operations during showtimes. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and guide them to their seats or designated areas Operate food & beverage counters – take orders, prepare and serve items (popcorn, drinks, snacks) Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are followed in all service areas Refill stock at counters and ensure readiness before peak showtimes Handle billing, POS machine operations, and basic cash/card transactions Assist customers with directions, show timings, or general inquiries Monitor auditorium entry during and before the show; check tickets Clear trays, cups, and garbage after shows; maintain cleanliness in public areas Escalate customer complaints or technical issues to the supervisor Support crowd control during rush hours and ensure smooth entry/exit Requirements: 10th / 12th pass or higher (graduate preferred but not mandatory) 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or service roles Basic communication skills (Hindi, English; local language is a plus) Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays Physically fit and able to stand for long durations Team player with a customer-first attitude Working Hours: Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, closing) 6-day working week; weekends are mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,390.89 - ₹29,184.66 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 6287275336
