Plumbing & HVAV Certified Employee

Job Summary:
The Plumbing & HVAC Certified Technician will be responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of plumbing systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure comfort, safety, and efficient functioning. The candidate must hold relevant certifications and have hands-on experience in industrial, commercial, or residential setups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plumbing Maintenance & Installation:
• Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.
• Troubleshoot and fix leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• HVAC System Operation & Maintenance:
• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC units.
• Monitor system efficiency, airflow, and temperature control.
• Equipment & System Testing:
• Conduct water pressure tests, pipe leak detection, and HVAC performance assessments.
• Calibrate HVAC controls, thermostats, and safety devices.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment records.
• Report any major faults or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE during work.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC regulations.
• Participate in safety drills and audits as required.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Plumbing, Mechanical, or HVAC engineering.
• Certified in Plumbing & HVAC (e.g., F-Gas Certification, HVAC Technician Certificate, Licensed Plumber).
• Minimum [2] years of experience in maintenance and installation of plumbing and HVAC systems.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC units, and their maintenance procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing and HVAC issues.
• Familiarity with relevant safety standards, building codes, and compliance regulations.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Experience:

• Preferably [3-5] years of hands-on experience in industrial, commercial, or residential projects.

Work Environment:

• Industrial plants, commercial buildings, or residential complexes.
• Exposure to pipelines, HVAC ducts, boilers, and air conditioning units.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
