Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in plant operations.
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Oversee mechanical maintenance operations to ensure efficient production processes.
Manage plant maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

12-14 years of experience in Plant Maintenance or related field (Mechanical Maintenance).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant discipline.
Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial projects involving complex machinery installations, commissioning, and start-up phases.

Experience of working in Unionised environment.
