Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team in various departments such as Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance. As a fresher, you will undergo on-the-job training and contribute to daily operations while gaining valuable industry experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations in the assigned department (Production / Quality / Maintenance).

• Monitor and maintain production equipment and processes under supervision.

• Support quality checks and ensure adherence to company standards.

• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

• Prepare reports and maintain documentation as per company norms.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and team leaders to meet production goals.

• Identify areas for improvement and suggest basic process optimizations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Recently completed Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or relevant field.

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety norms.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in shifts if required.
