Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in the printing industry to oversee the maintenance of printing machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with printing presses and related machinery, along with excellent team management and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead maintenance operations for printing machinery (offset, flexo, digital, etc.)
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules are followed strictly
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in printing equipment
• Minimize downtime and ensure all machines operate at maximum efficiency
• Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and machine history
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and allocate daily tasks
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Handle spare parts inventory and vendor coordination for technical support

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Maintenance Manager or Senior Technician in the printing industry
• In-depth knowledge of printing machinery (e.g., Heidelberg, Komori, Bobst, Rotogravure, Flexo, etc.)
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage maintenance priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
