Maintenance Manager

We're Hiring: Manager - Maintenance

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager - Maintenance to oversee the maintenance and production support of our plant machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance, along with a good understanding of preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance activities of MIG, TIG, and Arc welding machines
• Handle maintenance for pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including cranes and compressors
• Perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance for plant machinery
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules (PM) and breakdown analysis
• Maintain daily reports like MIS, breakdown logs, PM schedules, MTTR & MTBF
• Coordinate with the purchase team for timely availability of maintenance spares
• Drive Kaizen initiatives, 5S practices, and cost-saving measures
• Ensure optimal use of maintenance spares and control related expenses
• Track and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) effectively

Required Qualifications:

• BE/BTech (Mechanical) graduate
• Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
