Maintenance Incharge

Role Overview: As Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, technicians, and other personnel. You will be responsible for evaluating team member performance, providing coaching and development, assigning tasks, managing work schedules, and resolving team conflicts to ensure a positive and collaborative work atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, supervise, and train a team of maintenance staff, technicians, and other personnel. - Evaluate team member performance and provide coaching and development. - Assign tasks and manage work schedules, ensuring proper distribution of work. - Resolve team conflicts and ensure a positive and collaborative work atmosphere. - Develop and manage the maintenance department's budget, tracking expenses and costs. - Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts and materials. - Ensure that inventory levels are adequate and that costs are managed efficiently. - Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. - Implement health and safety procedures and provide necessary equipment for high-risk activities. - Conduct mandatory inspections and coordinate with relevant authorities for certifications. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in team and personnel management. - Strong budget management skills. - Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
