Maintenance Incharge

We are looking for Maintenance Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical) who has experience in maintenance of Sheet Metal Fabrication Industries and other machineries.

Role & responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Lead all maintenance and repair-related activities in the company, keeping in mind the roles of a repair manager
• Document and submit reports to the Admin Manager (if any) or the stakeholders, regarding budgets, progress and time schedules
• Supervise the condition of all the equipment in the establishment and the potential upgrades and maintenance it might need as a preventive maintenance plan
• Manage the budgets of the maintenance plans, and ensure that everything is in line with legal and safety regulations
• Recognise areas of improvement in the facilities maintenance jobs in hand and their processes
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as maintenance incharge or other managerial role
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
