Store Incharge

We are looking Store Incharge immediately joiners. Oversees daily store operations, manages inventory, ensures production goals are met, and maintains a safe and efficient work environment. They also lead and motivate a team, handle customer interactions, and contribute to overall profitability.

Role & responsibilities

• Inventory Management:

  Monitoring and maintaining optimal stock levels, managing procurement, and ensuring accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.

• Production Coordination:

  Working with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products, maintaining production schedules, and contributing to quality control.

• Team Leadership:

  Motivating, guiding, and training store staff, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Operational Efficiency:

  Identifying areas for process improvement, implementing new solutions, and optimizing workflows to enhance productivity and profitability.

• Customer Interaction:

  Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Financial Management:

  Contributing to budgeting, managing expenditures, and analyzing variances to meet financial objectives.

• Safety and Compliance:

  Ensuring store compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.

• Reporting:

  Providing regular updates to upper management on stock levels, production status, and other key performance indicators.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain operations.
• Experience with production planning and quality control.
• Ability to handle customer interactions and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., ERP, inventory management systems).
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is often preferred.
