Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules and features for manufacturing operations. Customize Odoo ERP workflows, reports, and dashboards as per company needs. Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and internal systems. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues. Collaborate with production, inventory, accounts, and HR departments to understand workflow requirements. Maintain documentation and ensure ongoing system optimization. Requirements: Proven experience in developing and deploying Odoo ERP for manufacturing or industrial companies. Strong knowledge of Odoo v17 architecture, ORM,OCR and API integration. Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript. Understanding of manufacturing processes like production planning, inventory control, and order management. Ability to work independently and on-site with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
