Production Administrator

WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION ADMIN
Company: INFINITE (Footwear Manufacturing)

Location: #210, 2nd Floor,I building (opp J building),Rajlaxmi Complex, Kalher, Bhiwandi - 421302 (Approx. 20-25 mnt travel from thane railway station)

Weekly Off: (Sunday Weekly Off )

Position: Production Admin

Experience: 1–3 years (Manufacturing industry preferred)
Education: Any HSC/ Graduate / Diploma
Gender: Male
Salary: UP to 22K. Based on skills, performance & experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily production reports and update records regularly
• Coordinate with production, store, and planning teams
• Monitor raw material movement and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare job cards, GRN, issue slips, and consumption reports
• Track attendance, overtime, and manpower allocation
• Ensure smooth workflow between departments
• Support production manager in daily administrative tasks
• Maintain accuracy in data entry using Excel & ERP (if applicable)

Required Skills:

• Strong MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to maintain accurate reports & documentation
• Knowledge of production processes (preferred)
• Time management & multitasking ability.
• Freshers in the footwear manufacturing industry can also apply.
