About Us:
Hotel Sonar Bangla Resort is a premier hospitality destination known for its warm hospitality, excellent services, and luxurious experiences. We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Head to lead our engineering & maintenance team and ensure smooth operations across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance and engineering operations of the resort, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed effectively.
• Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team for smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, fire systems, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with management to plan for capital improvements and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Handle vendor management and maintenance budgets efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of proven experience in maintenance/engineering within the hospitality industry (resorts/hotels preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with hands-on technical knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
