Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities

✅ Facility & Utilities Management

• Ensure smooth operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, DG sets, STP, WTP, firefighting systems, and overall hospital infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections of hospital facilities for repairs and safety compliance.
• Monitor maintenance of OT air handling units (AHU), ICU ventilation systems, and other critical care infrastructure.

✅ Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

• Prepare & follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Attend and resolve daily breakdown complaints within defined SLAs.
• Maintain records of breakdowns and corrective actions.

✅ Vendor & AMC Coordination

• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC services, calibration activities, and ensure timely completion.
• Verify service reports and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

✅ Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with NABH and statutory norms regarding facility operations.
• Participate in safety audits, fire drills, and risk assessment activities.
• Maintain documentation for authorities / internal audits.

✅ Inventory & Asset Management

• Monitor stock of tools, consumables, electrical fittings, plumbing materials, spare parts.
• Maintain asset registers and update maintenance logs regularly.

✅ Staff Supervision

• Supervise electricians, plumbers, and housekeeping technicians when assigned.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance team.

✅ Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with Nursing, OT, ICU, Ward, Radiology, Housekeeping to resolve facility issues.
• Submit daily maintenance reports to the Admin/Facility Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
