Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Maintenance Executive. The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance activities within the organization. This includes conducting regular inspections, addressing maintenance issues, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading a team of maintenance staff to ensure smooth operation of facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance management, including routine inspections and issue resolution
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
