Job Responsibilities

Maintenance Head

• Lead the plant maintenance function for all mechanical and electrical equipment
• Plan preventive and predictive maintenance and reduce machine downtime
• Manage breakdown maintenance with quick response and root cause analysis
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets and control cost
• Coordinate with production quality and safety teams
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor development
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements
• Guide and train maintenance engineers and technicians
• Prepare regular maintenance reports and share with management

Maintenance Engineer

• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for machines and utilities
• Carry out daily inspections lubrication and minor repairs
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines
• Maintain maintenance records checklists and history cards
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and service
• Ensure work completion within planned time and safety guidelines
• Assist in improvement projects to increase machine efficiency
• Report issues to Maintenance Head and support documentation

Key Skills

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Experience in hydraulic pneumatic and fabrication work
• Knowledge of SAP PM Module
• Strong problem solving communication and teamwork
• Safety conscious and willing to work in shift if required
