Job Openings Job Title: Maintenance Head & Maintenance Engineer Location: Multiple Locations in India Industry: Construction & manufacturing(Infrastructure, Foundry & Wire Manufacturing) Experience: 1-8 Salary: 3Lakh - 8 Lakh Education: BE in Mechanical/Electrical Company Name: Indian Pvt Ltd Share your resume to shambhusharan@greathr.in Job Responsibilities Maintenance Head Lead the plant maintenance function for all mechanical and electrical equipment Plan preventive and predictive maintenance and reduce machine downtime Manage breakdown maintenance with quick response and root cause analysis Prepare annual maintenance budgets and control cost Coordinate with production quality and safety teams Manage spare parts inventory and vendor development Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements Guide and train maintenance engineers and technicians Prepare regular maintenance reports and share with management Maintenance Engineer Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for machines and utilities Carry out daily inspections lubrication and minor repairs Support installation and commissioning of new machines Maintain maintenance records checklists and history cards Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and service Ensure work completion within planned time and safety guidelines Assist in improvement projects to increase machine efficiency Report issues to Maintenance Head and support documentation Key Skills Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance Experience in hydraulic pneumatic and fabrication work Knowledge of SAP PM Module Strong problem solving communication and teamwork Safety conscious and willing to work in shift if required
