Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of mainframe applications in a fast-paced Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain COBOL, JCL, and DB2-based applications on IBM Mainframe systems.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform system analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Work on application performance tuning and production support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.
Provide support for batch jobs, incident resolutions, and system Skills :
Strong experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM.
Hands-on experience with Mainframe Tools like Endevor, File-AID, Abend-AID, and Expeditor.
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience in production support, job monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal to Have :
Experience with REXX, IMS, or Assembler.
Knowledge of DevOps tools integration in Mainframe.
Familiarity with Cloud migration of Mainframe :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
