Role: Imperia Relationship Manager.

Experience: 8+ Years of Banking Sales Experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for including HNI customers into the Imperia programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products, acquiring family a/cs, retaining and enhancing the relationship. The RM is also responsible for acquiring new to Bank Imperia relationships.

To be a one point contact for all his financial needs and services, thus enhancing current relationship value and wallet share which will further increase profitability from these relationships.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong relationship management & advisory skills
• Knowledge of banking products, KYC norms, and portfolio management
• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement

Preferred candidate profile:

• Proven experience in sales and relationship management
• Strong understanding of banking products and customer profiles
• Wxcellent communication and follow-up skills

Experience: 5+ Years of Banking Experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage lobby operations and branch administration
• Authorize key transactions and oversee non-cash operations (DD/MC, fund transfers. etc.)
• Ensure high quality customer service and timely complaint resolution
• Drive penetration of savings account and monitor dummy/suspense accounts
• Ensure regulatory and audit compliance across branch operations

Preferred candidate profile:

• In-depth knowledge of banking operations, processes and compliance
• Sales oversight and productivity management experience
• Certifications like AMFI, IRDA, NCFM or CAIIB are a plus
