Administrator
You will be working in the End User Services division as a member of the Messaging and
Collaborations Team in Pune, India. This role is part of 3rd level team of engineers that
support a diverse set of applications including email and messaging services, unified
communications platforms, voice recording and M365 Cloud services. This position
requires large enterprise experience with mission critical infrastructure management.
This role fits into a global organisation working with other regional teams and
collaboration is key for success.
• A minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an M365 System Administrator, with
practical knowledge of on-boarding, migrating, integrating, configuring,
upgrading and supporting M365 services.
• Excellent knowledge of core M365 Services, including SharePoint Online,
OneDrive and Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of core Azure Cloud computing concepts (AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900,
Certification as a minimum requirement, with AZ-104 certification preferred).
• Good foundational understanding in Agile Methodologies, AI Operations, ITIL,
Data Analytics, PowerBI and Microsoft Modern Service Management.
• Track record of successful problem analysis and resolution, with extensive
hands-on IT support experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good report writing and documentation skills, and a strong verbal
communicator.
• Able to present concepts, ideas and recommendations in a clearly structured
and logical fashion.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritise, good time management and is goal driven.
• Collaborative nature; willing to share ideas, debate solutions, to achieve
consensus on the best way to drive the service forward for the betterment of the
organisation.
• Able to work in a high pressure and time critical environment.
• Experience working in a financial or regulated sector, and aware of best
practices.
