2. COMPREHENSIVE TECHNICAL PACKAGES (03 Handbags)

Following design approval, each technical package must include complete documentation for manufacturing:

External Design Specifications:

• Detailed technical drawings (front, back, side, bottom views)
• Precise measurements and dimensions (all seams, pockets, hardware placement)
• Construction methodology and stitching specifications
• Panel breakdown with individual piece measurements
• Hardware placement diagrams with exact positioning coordinates
• Seam allowance specifications and tolerance requirements

Internal Construction Details:

• Interior layout with all compartments and organizational pockets
• Lining material specifications and attachment methods
• Internal hardware requirements (zippers, snaps, magnetic closures, dividers)
• Reinforcement areas and interfacing specifications
