DESIGN REFINEMENT & DEVELOPMENT (03 Handbags) Phase 1: Design Enhancement & Visualization Review and refine existing high-level design concepts Transform conceptual designs into detailed, manufacturable specifications Create refined design presentations with multiple viewing angles Develop design variations and construction alternatives Present enhanced designs for approval before technical documentation 2. COMPREHENSIVE TECHNICAL PACKAGES (03 Handbags) Following design approval, each technical package must include complete documentation for manufacturing: External Design Specifications: Detailed technical drawings (front, back, side, bottom views) Precise measurements and dimensions (all seams, pockets, hardware placement) Construction methodology and stitching specifications Panel breakdown with individual piece measurements Hardware placement diagrams with exact positioning coordinates Seam allowance specifications and tolerance requirements Internal Construction Details: Interior layout with all compartments and organizational pockets Lining material specifications and attachment methods Internal hardware requirements (zippers, snaps, magnetic closures, dividers) Reinforcement areas and interfacing specifications Brand label and care label placement guidelines Material & Hardware Specifications: Detailed leather selection recommendations with texture and grain preferences Hardware catalog (chains, zippers, handles, feet, rings, buckles) Thread specifications and color matching requirements Edge finishing specifications and treatment methods Quality control checkpoints and acceptance criteria 3.
