Role & responsibilities : Job description Product design involving electronic systems, subsystems, cards and assemblies. Hands-on Analog and Digital Circuit design involving components like Understanding customer requirement and developing a solution meeting that requirement. Coordination with, and Management of, other stakeholders like PCB designers, mechanical engineers, firmware engineers, sourcing team, testers, etc. Development of prototypes. Preparation of Design, Manufacturing and Repair Documentation. Understanding customer requirements and coming up with a detailed requirement document. Should proactively interacting with overseas customers and understand the requirements of the tasks need to be carried out. Well-versed in schematic capture, PCB layout review and PCB designing (Optional, is an added advantage), also should be able to independently drive the resources working on PCB designs and able to address any technical challenges in the design. Expert in preparing engineering documents like Test plan, Test report, preparing presentations to convey the technical details related to Project progress and generating ECO & ECR s etc. Expertise in generating EBOM s with its variants, knowledge of different electronic/electrical components its parameters and obsolescence management, cost reduction ideas and managing them in relevant Database, which needs awareness of working with PLM tools. Working closely with cross-functional team to achieve assigned project/activity targets within limits of time, cost and quality. Well-versed in board bring-up activities, testing and debugging boards received from counterpart or newly manufactured boards. Understand the manufacturing issues and there requirements and contribute in improving the process. Technical Skills required (Must) : 1) Hands on experience in Analog, Digital, mixed signal circuit design, development, testing. Mainly into automotive digital circuit designing. 2) Good working knowledge on Microcontrollers and microprocessors-based system designing and SOC (FPGA or any other) based architecture designing. 3) Good working experience in preparing/deriving circuit related analysis documents like WCCA, DFMEA and VAVE etc. 4) Experience in understanding EMC/EMI issues, debug and provide solutions. 5) Good working Knowledge in analogy circuit simulations. 6) Very good at Schematic entry and PCB layout review and provide directions to layout engineer. 7) Should have good technical & working knowledge in highspeed interfaces - DDR3/4/5, CSI2 (FPD Link 3/4), Automotive Ethernet 100/1000T1 and Ethernet 100/1000T , PCI & PCIe. 8) Working knowledge in Communication protocols like I2C, SPI, USB, LIN and CAN-FD. 9) Should be able to carry out product testing for environmental and certification test standards. 10) Experienced in using common lab equipment s like Precision DMM s, High frequency DSO s logic analysers and should have soldering knowledge on basic components like SMD resistors, capacitors etc. 11) Should have hands-on experience in the industry standard tools usage: a. Schematics capture & PCB designing - Altium designer 22+ b. Circuit simulation - LT spice, Saber or equivalent c. DFMEA - Madini (optional, is an added advantage)

Design and analyse DC/DC switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and linear power supplies , including flyback, buck converters, linear regulators, and series pass regulators . Perform detailed component selection , including resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers, and overcurrent/overvoltage protection circuits . Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC regulations , troubleshoot and resolve electromagnetic interference issues . Conduct detailed electrical analysis , calculating currents and voltages across all circuit components. Prepare engineering documentation , including hardware design documents, test plans, and validation reports . Research and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation in power electronics and embedded hardware . Evaluate and recommend cost-effective, scalable technological alternatives for future product development. Apply thermal management techniques and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) best practices in hardware design. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Demonstrate expertise in ISO 26262 functional safety standards , specifically ASIL C/ASIL D-compliant designs . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams , including firmware, software, and system engineering , to ensure seamless product integration.
