Job Description

What Youll Do

Eaton India Innovation Center (EIIC) is seeking an Electronics Product Engineer in the design, development, and lifecycle support of Eaton&aposs thermal monitoring systems. These products enable predictive maintenance and enhance asset reliability across critical electrical infrastructure. The engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-accuracy sensing solutions that meet global compliance standards (EMI/EMC, UL) and customer expectations. Responsibilities span hardware design, embedded systems integration, product validation, and manufacturing support, with a strong emphasis on innovation, reliability, and field performance."Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and refine analog/digital circuits and embedded systems using engineering tools.
  • Conduct product testing for functionality, reliability, and compliance (EMI/EMC, UL).
  • Support manufacturing processes and ensure quality standards.
  • Create and maintain product documentation including specifications and test procedures.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver market-ready products."

Qualifications

B.E. / M.E / Mtech Electronics / E&TC8-12 years in electronics design and development with production support experience in thermal sensing

Skills

  • Proficiency in analog/digital circuit design and embedded systems.
  • Experience with EMI/EMC compliance and UL certification processes.
  • Familiarity with PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD) and simulation tools (LTspice, PSpice).
