Logistics Team Lead

As a Customer Delight Logistics Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless daily operations and timely order delivery of the team. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and supervising the Customer Delight Logistics team to maintain smooth daily operations. - Monitoring all daily shipments, including in-transit, delayed, and failed deliveries. - Handling escalations raised by the Customer Delight Team and ensuring their timely resolution. - Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize cost, time, and operational efficiency in the order delivery journey. - Tracking and maintaining critical KPIs for the team, including overall delivered percentage. - Communicating timely updates to customers about delayed shipments to ensure a positive customer experience. - Resolving issues related to out-of-stock products and providing relevant communication to customers. - Training, motivating, and evaluating team members to drive performance and uphold quality standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Empathetic and patient demeanor when handling customer issues or complaints. - Ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in customer support software, ticketing systems, and CRM tools. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules as required.,
