Logistics Team Lead

As the Lead of the Customer Delight Logistics team, your role involves overseeing the team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely order deliveries. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing shipments, resolving escalations, and maintaining key performance metrics. Additionally, driving process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your proactive communication with customers regarding delays or stock issues will help uphold high performance and service standards within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise the Customer Delight Logistics team for seamless daily operations. - Monitor overall daily shipments, including in-transit, delayed, and failed deliveries. - Handle escalations raised by the Customer Delight Team with timely and effective resolutions. - Identify and implement process improvements to optimize cost, time, and operational efficiency in the order delivery journey. - Track and maintain critical KPIs such as overall delivered percentage for the team. - Communicate timely updates to customers about delayed shipments to ensure a positive customer experience. - Resolve issues related to out-of-stock products and communicate relevant information to customers. - Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to drive performance and maintain quality standards. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Empathetic and patient demeanor when handling customer issues or complaints. - Ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in customer support software, ticketing systems, and CRM tools. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules as required.,
