Position Title: State Logistics & Operations Manager – Tyre Industry


Location: Hyderabad (On-Site)


Job Overview:

We are looking for a practical, ground-level Logistics & Operations Manager to handle day-to-day warehouse, distribution, and last-mile logistics for our growing tyre brand. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing warehouse operations, dispatch coordination, stock movement, vendor handling, and working closely with the sales team to ensure timely product delivery across the state.

This role is perfect for someone who has worked as a Warehouse Manager, Logistics Supervisor, or Dispatch In-Charge in the tyre industry, and knows how to get things done on the ground with a strong operational rhythm.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations at state warehouses and dispatch points

Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including loading, unloading, routing, and stock tracking

Coordinate with transport vendors, distributors, and field sales teams to ensure timely delivery

Monitor inventory levels, reconcile stock regularly, and ensure zero delivery gaps

Handle vendor coordination for transport and packaging materials

Ensure proper documentation (GRNs, delivery notes, invoices, dispatch logs)

Track and manage delivery schedules, return orders, and dispatch SLAs

Support dealership supplies, field marketing logistics, and regional sales requirements

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency within the warehouse and delivery systems

Ensure real-time issue resolution in logistics and field operations

Prepare basic reports for stock movement, vehicle usage, and delivery performance


Qualifications & Experience:

3–5years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, dispatch, or state logistics coordination

Mandatory: Experience in the tyre industry or related automotive/industrial goods

Strong understanding of ground-level logistics workflows and warehouse best practices

Good negotiation and vendor-handling skills (especially for transporters)

Comfortable using basic ERP or inventory management tools

Able to manage labour teams and coordinate field logistics on the ground

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Skills:

Exposure to tyre distribution, dealership coordination, and retail support

Experience managing multiple delivery points or city-wide logistics

Basic understanding of inventory audits and safety protocols

Ability to generate simple MIS reports for internal updates


📍 Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office/Warehouse)
