JOB LOCATION
NAVI MUMBAI Office + Warehouse Based)JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end coordination of warehouse operations, vehicle movement, import-export logistics, and domestic dispatches.This is a coordination and execution role, not a commercial decision-making role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1️ Warehouse OperationsDaily presence at warehouse as requiredMaintain inward & outward stock recordsVerify material received vs dispatchedPhysical stock checking and reconciliationDaily stock status reporting to Head Office2️ Vehicle & Movement CoordinationTrack vehicle arrival and departure timingsCoordinate loading & unloading schedulesMonitor export containers, import deliveries & domestic dispatchesMaintain vehicle movement register (time, quantity, destination)3️ Import – Export – Domestic CoordinationCoordinate with CHA, transporters & warehouse teamsTrack shipment movement from warehouse to port / customerEnsure proper handling of export/import & domestic consignmentsShare real-time operational updates with management4️Daily Reporting & CommunicationPrepare daily operations report (stock, dispatch, arrivals)Report delays, shortages, damages or issues immediatelyMaintain logs of:VehiclesLabor countMaterial movementPending tasks5️ Client Visit & Meeting SupportAssist during client visits to office or warehouseEscort and explain basic operational flow (no pricing or commercial discussion)Coordinate meeting logistics and site walkthroughs professionally6️ Coordination & DisciplineCoordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Documentation, Admin)Ensure SOP compliance at warehouse and during dispatchFollow confidentiality and internal control guidelines strictly
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate / Diploma (Logistics, Operations, Commerce preferred)10+ years experience in:Warehouse operationsImport–Export logistics OR domestic trade logisticsWorking knowledge of:Vehicle movementStock registersBasic import-export processGood communication skills (Hindi & basic English)SKILLS REQUIREDStrong coordination & follow-up skillsAttention to detailAbility to handle pressure and multiple movementsProfessional behavior with clients & vendorsBasic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp)
IMPORTANT NOTE This is a coordination and execution role. Final commercial decisions, pricing, and approvals are handled exclusively by the principal office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
