Job Title: Accounts ExecutiveEmployment Type: Full-time, PermanentLocation: MumbaiSalary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (negotiable for highly experienced candidates)Experience: Minimum 10+years in accounting / finance / export-import companiesLanguages Required: Fluent in English and HindiJob Responsibilities (Step-by-Step)Accounts ExecutiveMaintain daily accounts for domestic and export-import transactions.Prepare invoices, billing, and receipts for copper / metals exports and local sales.Reconcile bank statements and supplier payments.Manage petty cash, advances, and employee reimbursements.Assist Finance Executive in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.Record keeping for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.Support Audit processes and internal documentation.Oversee complete financial operations of the company, including imports, exports, and domestic trading.Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow statements.Manage LCs, bank guarantees, and international payment settlements.Ensure all transactions comply with Indian financial regulations and customs rules.Analyze profitability of exports/imports and domestic sales.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.Implement financial policies and internal controls for security and efficiency.Required Skills / ExpertiseStrong knowledge of Tally / ERP / Excel / GST / Import-Export AccountingExperience in copper, metals, or industrial trading highly preferredAbility to work independently with high confidentialityStrong English and Hindi communication skillsDetail-oriented, analytical, and organized
