Tropica Industries is a fast-growing company in the manufacturing and trading sector. We're seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee and streamline our supply chain and logistics operations in West Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process (inbound & outbound logistics)

• Coordinate international and domestic shipments, customs, and freight forwarding

• Negotiate contracts with logistics providers

• Maintain inventory and warehouse operations efficiently

• Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations

• Lead and manage logistics teams and vendors

• Handle reporting, forecasting, and cost analysis

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3 to 5 years) as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role

• Strong understanding of supply chain procedures and logistics software

• Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and vendor relationships

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

• Ready to relocate to Abidjan
