Job description: MININUM 1.5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED 1. Planning & Coordination Develop and implement logistics strategies for efficient transportation and distribution. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements. 2. Inventory & Warehouse Management Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking. Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods 3. Transportation & Delivery Schedule and manage transportation of goods (by road, sea, air, rail). Ensure timely, cost-effective, and safe delivery. Optimize routes and reduce transportation costs 4. Vendor & Carrier Management Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics service providers. Evaluate and monitor performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners. Maintain good working relationships with vendors and carriers. 5. Cost Control & Reporting Monitor logistics expenses and look for cost-saving opportunities. Analyze data and generate reports on logistics performance metrics. Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
