Vedika Metals Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing raw material trading firm based in Howrah, West Bengal. We supply ferro alloys, Manganese ore, and other raw materials to top industrial clients like Tata Steel, Shyam Metaliks, Jai Balaji Industries, and more. Our operations span West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, MP, Jharkhand, Delhi, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, and more. With logistics at the heart of our business, we’re looking for a Logistics Executive to join our expanding team of 30+ professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage dispatches of raw materials across India.
• Liaise with transporters for vehicle placement, rate negotiation, and real-time delivery tracking.
• Manage logistics documentation: e-way bills, LRs, receiving copies after delivery, etc.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams regarding delivery updates and issues.
• Maintain daily dispatch MIS, freight data, and delivery performance reports.
• Resolve any transit delays, vehicle issues, or documentation errors on priority.
• Work closely with warehouses to ensure timely material readiness and loading.

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of logistics or dispatch coordination experience (bulk goods/raw materials preferred).
• Strong knowledge of transportation networks in Eastern & Central India.
• Good command of Excel, and comfort with logistics tracking tools.
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
