Coordinate daily deliveries with First-Mile (FM) and Last-Mile (LM) teams.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
Handle scheduled as well as Just-In-Time (JIT) shipments with agility.
Track and monitor shipment status in real-time to ensure on-time delivery.
Update systems and maintain accurate shipment records.
Support in route planning and exception management to meet SLAs.
Prepare and share periodic reports with the operations team.
