Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Dispatch Coordinator to support our logistics and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing dispatch documentation, coordinating with customers and internal teams, tracking shipments, and maintaining proper records to ensure smooth delivery of goods and timely customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage all dispatch-related documentation as per order requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive record-keeping sheets to track dispatch data and shipment status.
• Obtain necessary customer approvals on documents, including draft Air Waybill (AWB), where applicable.
• Share final dispatch documents with customers for customs clearance and shipment processing.
• Store all dispatch documentation on the server for easy access and audit readiness.
• Track shipments end-to-end to ensure on-time delivery to customer locations.
• Retrieve and share data logger readings and Proof of Delivery (POD) when applicable.
• Notify the Accounts and Sales teams upon delivery completion to support timely payment follow-up and closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 0-2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch coordination, or a similar role (freshers may apply).
• Basic understanding of dispatch processes and shipping documentation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation (e.g., AWB, customs clearance).
