Job Description

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming online orders through the company’s e-commerce platform(s) (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Verify order details and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams for timely dispatch
Track shipments and resolve any issues related to order delays or cancellations
Update order status in the system and notify customers accordingly
Handle order returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy
Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for pickups and delivery status
Ensure accurate data entry of customer addresses, invoices, and tracking details
Communicate with the customer support team to address order-related queries
Prepare daily order reports and track KPIs related to order processing
Identify opportunities to improve order accuracy and reduce processing turnaround time.
Billing System Management: Accurately manage invoicing and billing processes in line with order workflows.
IT Coordination: Work with the IT team to resolve platform/system issues and support new setup requirements.
Business Reporting: Generate and maintain weekly/monthly reports on order volumes, delivery performance, returns, and other key operational metrics.

Desired Profile:

Good knowledge of MS Excel / order management systems
Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (logistics, warehouse, customer support)
Basic problem-solving skills.
