Key Responsibilities

Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments
Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely delivery
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory audits
Coordinate with warehouse staff for order fulfilment
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding delivery timelines
Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies
Maintain logistics data in ERP or inventory management systems
Generate reports on delivery performance, costs, and stock movements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
0–2 years in logistics or operations
Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management
