Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Job Summary: The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the supply chain operations of a company. This role ensures that all shipments are processed efficiently, tracked accurately, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipping, warehousing, and inventory management. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments. Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms. Resolve issues related to transportation delays, damaged goods, or shipment discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, delivery schedules, and logistics performance. Optimize transportation costs and improve delivery efficiency. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies. Work closely with warehouse staff and logistics service providers.
