Logistics Coordinator

JLocation:

• Office: Goregaon, Mumbai
• Manufacturing Unit: Wada, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange transportation for outbound deliveries from the manufacturing unit.
• Negotiate transport rates and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to clients.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to align logistics with client expectations and order timelines.
• Provide clients with complete delivery details, including expected delivery time and tracking information.
• Liaise with transporters regularly to ensure timely vehicle placement and delivery execution.
• Troubleshoot any logistics or delivery-related issues proactively.
• Maintain logs and reports of all dispatches and deliveries.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or dispatch coordination.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
