Job Description

JLocation: Office: Goregaon, Mumbai Manufacturing Unit: Wada, Maharashtra Job Responsibilities: Arrange transportation for outbound deliveries from the manufacturing unit. Negotiate transport rates and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to clients. Coordinate with the Sales team to align logistics with client expectations and order timelines. Provide clients with complete delivery details, including expected delivery time and tracking information. Liaise with transporters regularly to ensure timely vehicle placement and delivery execution. Troubleshoot any logistics or delivery-related issues proactively. Maintain logs and reports of all dispatches and deliveries. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or dispatch coordination. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
