HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to start a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The recruiter will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles within the company.

Note: This position is open to male candidates only

• Assist in sourcing resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain and update the recruitment database
• Support HR documentation and onboarding processes
• Coordinate with hiring managers on open positions and candidate updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Positive attitude and professional appearance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
