Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to start a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The recruiter will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles within the company. Note: This position is open to male candidates only Assist in sourcing resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates Maintain and update the recruitment database Support HR documentation and onboarding processes Coordinate with hiring managers on open positions and candidate updates Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Positive attitude and professional appearance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
