Responsibilities:

• End-to-end coordination with all stakeholders (client, executive, loader, buyer, internal departments, etc.) for execution.
• Replying to RFQ (Request for Quote) with costing and quotations.
• Coordinating with other departments in the company for billing, vehicle placement, loading, etc.
• Sales coordination with daily follow-ups, checking status for new shipments, ongoing shipments and new RFQs.
• Checking all transport and customs related documents and proper recording/keeping of all related documents.
• General administration tasks such as data keeping, making eWayBill, relevant online forms and payments, making GCN (Goods Consignment Note) whenever required.
