About BRC : BRC is a dynamic and growing logistics company committed to providing efficient and reliable transportation solutions. We are looking for a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator, focusing on data entry, documentation, and reporting.
Job Summary: The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for accurately entering dispatch data into our ERP system, generating daily Management Information System (MIS) reports, and managing all dispatch and delivery-related documentation. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities: ERP Data Entry: Accurately input all daily dispatch details, including shipment information, vehicle assignments, and route specifics, into the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
MIS Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily MIS reports on dispatches, deliveries, and Proof of Deliveries (PODs) to relevant stakeholders.
POD Management: Collect, track, and ensure the timely submission of Proof of Deliveries (PODs) from drivers and carriers.
Documentation: Prepare necessary dispatch documents such as Lorry Receipts (LRs), invoices, and other related paperwork.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital records of all dispatches, deliveries, PODs, and vendor payment documentation.
Vendor Payment Support: Assist in maintaining accurate records of vendor payments and support the finance team with necessary documentation for processing.
Coordination: Coordinate with drivers, operations, and sales teams to ensure all dispatch and delivery information is accurately captured.
Issue Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies related to dispatch data, deliveries, and PODs.
Compliance: Ensure all documentation and data entries comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or logistics support role, preferably within a logistics or transportation company.
Proficiency in using ERP systems for data entry and reporting.
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of logistics documentation (LRs, PODs) is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,840.85 - ₹21,608.55 per month
