Role & Responsibilities

Prepare detailed quotations and tax invoices for equipment, machinery parts, and related products.

Assist in the procurement and timely movement of machinery parts. Arranging the dispatches of materials against the order received.

Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and forwarding agents to ensure prompt delivery and accurate documentation.

Support negotiations with courier services and forwarding companies to optimize cost and delivery timelines.

Facilitate import and export procedures in alignment with Indian customs laws and regulatory requirements.

Enter and maintain accurate records in Tally ERP, including purchases, bills, sales, stock requisitions, and e-way bills. Physical filling of all the documents

Issue and manage stock of parts based on order receipts, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.

Liaise with auditors for quarterly stock audits, ensuring compliance and readiness of inventory records.

Follow up with clients regarding services rendered, payment collection, and resolution of queries.

Coordinating with customers to finalize dispatch arrangements, ensuring timely delivery.

Ensuring prompt responses to customer emails and queries, including timely sharing of dispatch details, invoices, and relevant documentation post-dispatch.
