Logistics Administrator

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong Excel skills,1–2 years of experience in basic logistics support, excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor shipment status and ensure accurate data is maintained in the system
• Provide timely shipment updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms

Key Qualifications:

• Familiarity with international shipping processes and customs clearance
• Understanding of freight and purchase order (PO) systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
• Prior experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation is preferred

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
